Podcast Overview:

We release our podcast every other Wednesday. Along with the podcast, we distribute 6 short clips on our social media, per episode. This allows us to share nuggets from the episode to our audience. Majority of our target audience are mid-career professionals investing in learning and sharing their professional journey and understanding how to balance the professional challenges and aspirations.

We launched our podcast in October 2025, with the intent of doing 26 episodes, as we near the completion of our seasonal recording, we learned we have more to share and say about the “Psychology behind professional development”; and for our second season we want to invite YOU, our guest to share your professional journey, the good, bad, and the strategy that led you to your professional development.

Our podcast episodes average about 40 minutes in length; enough to get anyone from their home to work, or a good workout.
