New Year, New Strategy: Why I Revamped My Business to Build Your 2026 Roadmap

If you’ve been following this blog for a while, you may have noticed a distinct silence since last September. In the world of digital marketing, the “experts” tell you that silence is fatal. They say you have to feed the algorithm daily, post generic tips on LinkedIn, and never let your audience forget you exist.

But for the last six months, I haven’t been interested in feeding an algorithm. I’ve been interested in solving a problem that kept showing up in my coaching sessions throughout 2025.

The problem was “The Generic Trap.”

For years, the coaching industry has operated on a “One-Size-Fits-All” model. You book a session, we talk for an hour, and we hope for a breakthrough. But as I reviewed my client notes from last year, I realized that the Director trying to survive a toxic boss needs a radically different toolkit than the High School Senior trying to pick a college major. The VP trying to restructure a department needs a surgical intervention, not a “chat.”

So, I made a decision. I paused everything. I stopped blogging. I stopped taking generic inquiries. And I spent the last quarter of 2025 completely rebuilding my methodology from the ground up.

Today, on Day 1 of 2026, I am finally ready to show you what I’ve been building.

If your New Year’s resolution involves a promotion, a pivot, or simply surviving the chaos of the modern workplace, the old way of coaching won’t cut it. You need a specialized track.

Here is the new roadmap for 2026.

From “Advice” to “Architecture”

The biggest change you will see on the new site is a move away from open-ended coaching toward outcome-based programs.

We are moving from “Can I pick your brain?” to “Let’s architect a solution.”

The Challenge: Isolation and Systemic Friction.

The higher you climb, the lonelier it gets. When you are a VP or a C-Suite leader, you don’t need someone to fix your resume. You need a strategic partner who can help you navigate political minefields, restructure failing teams, and audit your own leadership blind spots.

The 90-Day Change Agent: This is my most intensive program, designed for leaders managing a transition or a culture shift. It’s not just about you; it’s about your people. This package includes Team Assessments for up to 4 of your direct reports and two facilitated Team-Building Sessions. We aren’t just coaching you; we are re-aligning your entire department’s culture.

The Executive Retainer: For those who need a long-term “Shadow Advisor,” I’ve opened a retainer model. This includes Async Support—meaning you can voice-note me at 7 AM before a crisis meeting, and I’ll have a strategy back to you before you walk into the room.

For Mid-Career Professionals

The Challenge: The “Stuck in the Middle” squeeze.

This is the group I saw struggling the most in 2025. You have 7–15 years of experience. You are doing the work of two people: managing down to your team and managing up to your boss, and you are exhausted.

The feedback I got from you was clear: “I need to get unstuck, I’m exhausted and can’t escape.”

The New Solution:
I’ve split this track into three levels of intensity, depending on how urgent your need is.

  • The Career Accelerator: This is for the professional who feels stalled. It includes a specific module I’m calling “Recovery Implementation.” If you are burnt out, we don’t just push you to work harder; we build a protocol to restore your energy while you perform.   • The “First 90 Days”: Did you just get promoted? Congratulations—now the real work starts. This package includes a Personalized Leadership Audit to ensure you thrive in your first quarter as a new leader, and start getting noticed for your accomplishments and impact.

For The Job Seekers (Career Starters)

The Challenge: The “Black Hole” of Applications.

The job market for early-career professionals (0–5 years experience) is brutal right now. Ghosting is the norm. ATS algorithms reject qualified candidates instantly. The anxiety I see in this group is paralyzing.

You need tactical, hands-on help to get the interview.

The New Solution:
I created the “Launcher” series to be the tactical toolkit I wish I had when I started.

Career Readiness Program

For The Students (High School & Parents)

The Challenge: “What do I do with my life?”

Finally, I want to address a group that is often overlooked: The High School Junior/Senior. Parents, I hear you. You are worried about your child’s direction. Students, I hear you. You are overwhelmed by choices. All the focus is on College admission, but what do you do when you get there? How do you choose a major that aligns with you and gives you the career outlook that’ll help you succeed? 

We cannot treat a 17-year-old like a 30-year-old executive. They need structure, discovery, and a safe space to ask exploratory questions.

The Solution:
I am introducing a cohort-based model specifically for this age group, launching in May and September.

  • The Career Readiness Cohort: This is a 3-month support that includes Group Coaching Session and 200+ topic workshops on the skills schools don’t teach—like financial basics and professional communication. Note: To ensure quality, this is limited to 15 students per cohort and currently operates on a Waitlist. 

  • The Jump Starter: Automatically secures you for 3 months of support in the Career Readiness cohort; and offers you one 1:1 coaching session, data-driven assessment for your career/major path; and resume & LinkedIn Optimization for early job (work-study) search.

We all start January 1st with high hopes. We resolve to get promoted. We resolve to fix our team culture. We resolve to find a job we love.
