When I was ten, I dreamed of being a “Golden Knight” (1993-2007). As I completed my Bachelor’s in Psychology, we transitioned to the “Knights” (2007)! I love playing Two truths and a lie icebreaker. I always include, “I’m a Knight!” I’m proud to share I’m Knight because I attended UCF for my bachelor’s and my master’s.

I’ve seen the campus transform over the two decades I lived in Orlando, FL.

In 2011, I returned to the campus to complete my Master’s in Mental Health, Marriage, Family, and Couples Counseling, with a certification in Career Counseling. During my tenure, I had the privilege of representing UCF in multiple academic conferences, locally, nationally, and internationally. I made life-long friends, and I love working with my fellow Knights!

Upon graduation in 2015, I moved to Atlanta, GA, to start the next chapter of my life. While I love Atlanta, UCF/Orlando will always be my home.

I’ve been practicing as a Life Coach since 2009 and have helped over 3000 individuals in career development, work-life balance, burnout, etc. I love working with individuals as they develop their professional identities and build a more successful life.

As a Knight, I offer a discount on my services, and I’d love to help you progress in your career.
